There seems to be no definitive cause, cure or treatment. Medical personnel seem to have very little knowledge to impart to their patients apart from a diagnosis; the patient seems to be left looking for answers that are not available. How can the general public understand how fibromyalgia affects the body when those inflicted by it, can't explain it to friends and family?
