@A MyFibroTeam Member you have to have black pepper with it for better absorption.. but also if you are causing inflammation through diet or soft drinks etc etc, it won't have such a beneficial effect...

@A MyFibroTeam Member I don't agree with unproven these days.. and certainly my own experience backs it up. Fibro does include inflammation as an effect, I don't know where you get the idea that it doesn't, and for many, many of us. After 22 years I am pretty much an expert on my own condition and how it affects me. Curcumin has an immediate effect on my inflammation and I am certainly not taking this amount every day.
