I find that rubbing them n stretching them helps alot

I find Aspercreme calms it down, it's odor free and I do not use it sparingly. I don't go anywhere without Aspercreme. My knuckles, hands and wrist will send some serious shooting pains out of nowhere.

Yeah lots of pain,burning, even hurts to touch they swell up I've been told that fibromyalgia stems from hand problems?

Perhaps you could try one of those Lycra hand & wrist supports. It will stabilize the wrist, and hopefully help with the pain (you often see people wearing them after carpal tunnel surgery). Good luck 💕

Yep, especially if I've been typing or mousing too much--they really ache. Like Jes, I stretch my hands and wrists out and it helps alot.
