Does It Bother You To Have Your Knees Bent?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

For those of you with leg pain, does it hurt to have your knees bent?
For me, this is very uncomfortable. It hurts and also makes the tingling in legs worse.
Laying in bed, lying on couch, everywhere, anytime.

I don't understand why. It feels like blood vessels are getting trapped or something ( I am a slim person). And it is gradually getting worse. My doctor brushed this off.
The only thing that stops this is to straighten my legs.

Thank you.

i have slept with pillow between knees for 15 years due to low back pain. It doesn't affect this issue if my knees are still bent.

It doesn't hurt to have my legs bent. My knees hurt if I have the stretched out for to long. I have to place a pillow under my legs when I sit in my recliner.
