Doctor In Los Angeles
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hey
I just moved to Los Angeles from Denmark and are looking to try some new treatment for my Fibromyalgia. In Denmark they don't know much about Fibromyalgia which is why I am excited to try new treatments in LA. Does anyone know a good doctor in Los Angeles who knows about fibromyalgia treatments? Maybe someone who has knowledge about LDN. Has anyone tried LDN and does it work?

Has Anyone Seen A Change In Their Symptoms After Changing Their Diet?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I can no longer take anti-inflammatory drugs, after 17 years my kidneys have said "no more!" . So, I was forced to change my diet in order to keep my kidneys as healthy as possible. A. No processed foods
B. No breads, little to no pastas, rice or heavy starches
C. Heavy fruits and vegetables
D. Nuts, some whole grains: farrow, lintels, quinoa, chia seeds
E. Very little… read more

Does Changing Your Diet Help? I Have A Family Of 8 And Everyone Eats Differently!
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've been told by many to change my diet, cut out this, avoid that, this diet helps... but I have little to no energy to plan meals or cook (plus I honestly hate cooking). It seems like every diet that is suggested to me is that you basically eat nothing but a meat, a veg, or a fruit...nothing else. Are there other changes that have worked? If you've changed your diet did it require a lot of cooking and meal prep? If so how do you find the energy? Also, I already have a ton of dietary… read more

I need to look into that. A coworker just started it but I had the flu and couldn't do it with her. It may help my migraines also. Good idea about the keto plan.
