Pain In Skin And Muscles Localised
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

New one for me, excruciating pain in skin above right breast, seriously can't have anything touch it, gets worse if I move head or right arm. Believe me I'm used to high levels of pain but this takes the biscuit. HELP !!! Anyone else had this and what can I do to get rud of it ?

Do the trigger points, it will relieve the area. Also put on some heat or dicofenac cream. Costochondritis is an inflammation of the junctions where the upper ribs join with the cartilage that holds them to the breastbone, or sternum. The condition causes localized chest pain that you can reproduce by pushing on the cartilage in the front of your ribcage.

Yes the dog took off between my legs and I fell down the steps, my dog was fine she smelled me like what u doing on the ground. My dogs my baby. She had a hoodie on so she couldn't get to flea oil on her shoulder s which helped knock me over. To day is really achey. In California it's nice but iam still so achey today.
