I call it my cookie and when it gets bad ...not today, my cookie crumbled :)

No light sensitivities but scents are major for me. If a neighbour is using scented laundry products - detergent, additives or softeners - I can not even be in my yard. I recently moved and can't be in my house when I am using the dryer because the previous woman used sent fabric softener!! Going out anywhere I usually have to what outside for my family because of body products.Yuck!!

It's hell that we don't need the things that come with fibro is nuts is it nasty feeling .

Wish there was an answer to reducing the reaction at least!!

Oh I suffer smell sensitivities it's part of fibro sucks I feel sick light headed and can't wait to get away from the smells I find it hard to get a candle that doesn't affect me these days im like mum get me away from this shop or take away the smell . Even washing detergents .Do you have sensitivity to light thats another horrible one I call myself the vampire lol shades on in winter caps on my head in the house curtains closed all around my house only lights on when visitors come it's pretty crazy what fibro can do to us.
