Changing of the seasons seems to be when I have flare ups, but living in New England the winters are always worse than any other season for me. I am thinking of moving to a warmer climate but not sure if that is the answer.
Not to dry not too humid not too hot and not too cold !
I think there are many other variables that actually come before weather.
Generally you feel better in sunnier climates but that doesn't necessarily mean your pain will be better in my opinion.
I have been in England, Indonesia and Australia within the past 3 months and can report to you that my pain in Australia can be as bad as England. Of course though, I would choose Aus over the UK every time.
I think the thing to consider is what surroundings may make you happier and usually that is within a sunny environment but I would urge you not to think too much into it as something that might change your fibro experience.

Thank you. Winter is long and can bring on depression. I also have asthma so this factors into the equation. Very insightful answer!
For me it's not the heat or cold. It's the humidity that causes me to have more pain. I don't know where you could go. I hope you can find a better place.
