but I find it's harder to do on some days than it is on others, though when u do actually get the strength to get up and get dressed and maybe take a walk holding onto someone.
You actually feel gr8 and wish u could do it every day, it's just trying to get the energy. Just try baby steps at a time over time and hopefully everything will fall into place

My problem is my recliner and the TV. But now the sun is shinning and I want to go out and enjoy cleaning up the last couple of flower beds.
Yes, I did the same thing the pain so much that I didn't want to move but as the days went by it would get harder and harder. So finally I had to force myself and it did feel better after the 2nd day. My Dr did warn me about that as well but he doesn't understand how much pain and effort it does take sometimes for us to get out of bed.
