Hello everyone! I am asking for any suggestions for the very intense deep lower body pain. From my lower abdomen, lower back all the way down to my legs. I just dont know what to do. Any suggestions would help.
Thanks
@ CandiceJackson, Good seeing you. I am seeing an *Orthopedic Physical Therapist for this very thing. *Exercise! Whether in your bed or on an exercise mat on the floor. On your back with legs stretched in the air --or in a "before birth position." They recommend pulling the thigh towards me to get the sciatic nerve stretched. And the PAIN! There are others that only a professional could advise for your pain and areas. Yesterday, I learned some that helped reduce the numbness from my legs. These were standing and stretching. Things we used to do when younger that "were natural," now seems foreign. If possible, check out an *Orthopedic PT to get an accurate analysis. They should then print off a sheet with different exercises for you to practice doing. *One thing I was told is to not sit longer than 30 minutes without getting up and walking around a minute. I am trying to do this more often. After sending this your way, I'm taking a minute break from sitting. Hope this helps you and others. Slowly, it is helping me.
I use for deep pain white tiger balm or red tiger balm it goes deep into tissues once on my back causes a heat it's made for muscles .I bought the patches aswell but not tried that as yet heat treatment just takes the edge off it for me .
I seem to get the worst of my pain in my legs. I am still trying to find something that helps. I do have a long soak in the bath with epsom salts, that seems to ease them up for a while and I always have an electric blanket on in bed at night. I hope you get some relief soon.
A hot bath just soak for a few hours, a massage, a heating pad, these are the things that help me.
I will give you the name of this new product soon to be on the market I tried a sample of, it's all natural. it gave me some relief. hopefully these things work for you. I will keep you posted!
I get that too, sometimes on one side of my body and sometime both sides.
I also try to remember what I eat or do before the extreme pain comes on so I won't repeat it!
I also see a chiropractor who gives me spine, neck and hip adjustments. I think that helps.
When the pain is extreme I use multiple heating pads.
