Yes the backs of my hands ache a lot and my wrists as well. Just another lovely form of pain from Fibro!! And it really hurts when you actually do bang them on something!!

Yes l get painful back of my hands they hurt when l touch or they bruise really easy but that could be due to the blood thinners so that could explain the bruising does anyone else get bruised easily Amanda x

My hands do that too. And yes when I actually bang them on something it hurts hurts hurts! My bruises take forever to go away.

Its horrible all these symptoms ;(
