I am on 5000 a day i use aqueas drops but tbh think you have to take it in combination with other things to get any benefit. I recently purchased fibromanual and lots of great ibfo in there. Its written bu a doctor who has fibromyalgia. I am gonna try some of her sugfestuons and see how it goes. I have given up on the meds and have asked my doctor to refer me to the homeopathic hospital. I am on a mission this summer to get control of my fm via the holistic route including diet and supplements combined with yoga etc. Really hope it works or i am going to have to give up uni.
I feel the same as you. I'm trying very hard to keep the pain under control, but it's getting difficult. I apparently have a lot of research to do since I'm new to this.
I dont know any particular brand. I use softgels 3 1000iu a day. Helps me with pain.
I've been taking prescribed vit d for 18months, it really hasn't made a difference to me. Obviously it's increased the levels in me. I use prescribed strong analgesic weekly patch and even that doesn't take away all my pain
I'm sorry but I have forgotten my biology but if Vitamin D is NOT water soluable then be careful, you could overdo it.
