Doe's anyone have a itchy reaction after using Epsom salt in your bath water?
Found some info online about this. I tried you take a screen shot but can't post it. What I was reading (comments) was people mentioning that the epsom salt will draw toxins out of your skin causing detox. The detox can make your skin itchy and may even be localized to a specific area (i.e. abdomen). It was recommend to drink lots of water before, during (if possible) and after. It was also mentioned to start out by adding smaller amounts of Epsom salt to each bath and building up to the desired amount (in a few baths) so you're body gets used to it. They said to rinse thoroughly and apply coconut oil for a moisturize. If you have a lot of chlorine in your water, the salt actually makes your body absorb more than normal. There is something you can put in the bath to help neutralize the chlorine but I don't remember exactly. Should be able to google it.
This article was good too.

I agree, a good clear water rinse and moisturizer will help a lot.
