@ ChasityTreppishGable....they are two types of bladder issues it sounds like you have under active bladder and the other is called over active bladder. Look at some of the research mentioned and the possible treatments they have.

Irritable bladder is what it's called by the medical professionals here in the US. A sneeze, a cough, getting startled or laughing all set it off.

Hi Bunnie,
I have had IBS, And irritable bladder since I was in my 20's... and still have flares. I am in a flare now , my bladder is so crazy unhappy for more than a week now.My DR. says I have blood in my urine and after a culture, and ultra sounds of my bladder and kidneys nothing showed up. ????? what's going on? I have had so many test for both and they can find anything. It's probably are nervous system going wild.
I have two books by DR. Devin Starlanyl. She is a Dr. that has fibro. and her writings about her life with fibro are SO very helpful . They are truly my bibles and go to books when I have ANY questions... I highly suggest everyone pick up one of her books... I got mine on Amazon.
As far as having trouble holding my head up , I can't say that I have. Did you have a fever then?
During a flare , I go from my recliner to my bed... I drink a lot of water and tea. Just doing what my body says... If i"m tired I rest and if I have a little energy I try to accomplish a few things a little at a time.Plus I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatique. So, put those two together and you have what they are calling Enceflomyelitis. The spelling is way off but I think i'm close.
Hope you are feeling better and hang in ther. Oh, by the way, what meds .did ur Dr. give you??
