Each time i have been on a flight both my legs ache so bad that i am almost crying in pain. Nothing i do stops the pain.i wondered if this is due to fibro.
For the last four years i have not been well enough to travel because of severe back ache due to osteoporsis of the spine and several fractures.
I had a similar experience. We moved across country....straight through except for naps so my daughter could keep driving. My feet and legs swelled so bad, the pain and swelling didn't ease up for a week after we got here.
Yes, I do too but I stuff my purse or carryon with books & use it as a foot stool to take the pressure off & it really helps🌹
Yes mine swell up also making my skin so tight.when in flight no matter of how much i move my legs and feet around the pain just does not stop. It also takes days after i have come of the planes for the swelling to go down.
I don't fly that often but when I do I book early so I can get an isle seat so I can stretch my legs if needed. You can also flex your feet by pointing your toes up then down. I don't like to but you can always get up and walk the isle. Those plane seats have NO lumbar support. I take a very small pillow for my lower back and that helps. Good luck.
