Does anybody else find if they cry that it makes them feel ill for hours on end? Or is it just me

Yes. It physically hurts to cry and exhausts me for some time after.

Me as well, but I think it is the stress and tension in the body. I always end up with a headacke.

🤔actually feel a little better if I cry & let my emotions out. I don't cry for very long & maybe that's why it doesn't make me feel sick. 🌹
