Can anyone recommend wat foods are bed too eat and which ones too avoid. I have been told that soya products are good for fybro?
I've done a lot of research but doesn't mean it's 100% accurate. Here's what I've found:
Avoid: too much caffeine, alcohol, high amounts of sugar, and generally unhealthy food makes anyone feel worse. So it definitely will make us feel worse. Especially with IBS! ๐ฌ
Things that help: find foods that are anti-inflammatories- tomatoes, leafy greens, nuts, strawberries and blueberries, salmon. Even baked potatoes help. Also occasional dark chocolate!
And, find out your allergies through an allergy test and avoid all those๐๐ผ
