Trying To Find A Doctor That Does Cervical Epidural?

Just recently moved to the Easley,  SC  area about a year ago,  having extreme problems finding a doctor who does cervical Epidural so with a twilight sedative.  Does anyone know of a doctor who does this, and truly listen to the patient.  Along with having fibromyalgia I also have had two cervical fusion surgeries.  These epidural so helps with the pain in my neck and also with the pain of fibromyalgia.  So far I have seen 3-4 pain specialist who have obtained my previous records from Birmingham,  AL,  but does not want to continue with the same procedures and spoken with these doctors,  but refuses to use the same procedure,  which I don't understand.  So if anyone knows of a doctor,  pain Mgmt or neurologist that actually listen to the patient about what works and have documentations that have proven that.

I was getting them until doctor missed last time then he told me he couldn't help me anymore,I have been worse since then, pain everywhere.At night it's like I'm having an urge to stretch but not in a normal way,do it so hard makes my whole body in terrible pain
