I have arthritis too. When u have arthritis and it flares up swelling is involved and if the Dr. took an X-ray, which I hope he did, he might have seen something that told him it was arthritis. Swelling is no involved with Fibro. That I hope helps. Gentle hugs and feel better.
Well arthritis is in the actual joints. Arthritis can be seen on an xray.
Fibro is in the muscles and is not seen on xray. I would trust your doctor. I hope that helps.
Could inflammation be the cause for some of us who have arthritis? If you then treated the arthritis wouldn't the inflammation indicators be gone in your blood work?
Yes what they said.. I agree with Mika and Apriljπ
An xray, how many, is this the cause of your Fibro?? X-rays, gamma rays, beta and alpha go right through the body, muscle and bone that this has, maybe been the cause???? If so, the question I have, is how do we get rid of this. Or is the damage already been done?? Cells mutated will only reproduce the same and that is why??? There is no cure and it is chronic??? So we treat the symptom for years and still no cure. Hmmm.
