Question Related To Alcohol Intake.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone experienced any symptoms following the intake of alcohol? Beer to be specific? Recently I've been getting chronic diarrhea, canker sores, and muscle aches even more. Has anyone else had these symptoms? What kind do you get when you drink?

I couldn't say personally... I haven't touched alcohol for over 12 years (though I'm starting to think why the hell not) I haven't heard of this being a thing with Fibro but I'm no expert and there are 200 and counting linked or related symptoms and conditions.
However, your other question here about juice plus lit up the lightbulb in my noggin... your problem might be down to a seasonal bug or the like but this could also be a vitamin deficiency? I wouldn't know which one in particular but I have heard of such symptoms from vitamin deficiencies. I don't know what juice plus is specifically but fruit juice has some vitamins in and could be a good idea but I've heard here that for some folks a spike in sugar intake can be inflaming to Fibro so only do what you know you're good with.
As I said, I'm no expert so of course, if those symptoms persist go and see the doctor.
