Fibromyalgia & Reiki?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Out of interest who has, does or thinks about trying Reiki towards alleviating a little of their Fibro symptoms or secondary to fibro issues?

I'd be interested to hear your thoughts, experiences and results.

Regards,
Rob

There is no scientific basis that reiki is any more effective than a placebo. Have a glass of water n tell yourself it will help.

My fibro is secondary and started after three failed surgeries. I hurt my shoulders at work and had three surgeries to correct the problem but they didn't work. After getting so depressed because my life had changed so much with bad shoulders plus being in pain constantly from my shoulders, I then started getting pain in other areas which eventually turned into fibromyalgia
