Feeling Wobbly
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I use a walking stick when I go out as I have a tendency to fall my ankles seem to just give out and also when the pain is really bad in my feet I tend not to pick them up properly and could trip quie easily. My question is when I do have a bad day and have had a rest or nap in arm chair when I get up I am quite wobbly and have fallen is this normal for fibro?
