Pain From Past Injuries
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

About 2 yrs ago I sprained my foot and then my thumb a few months later. It took awhile for both to heal. Then finally the pain was gone but about 3 months ago the pain in my foot is back making it difficult to walk and occasionally the pain from my sprain in my thumb comes and goes. I know that our muscles have memory but is my brain remembering these pains just like it was 2 years ago or are my injuries back for some weird reason? Has anyone else experienced this?

Try a mixture of 30mls coconut oil and 30 drops pine extract for pain. I find this helps me alot

Usually it's arthritis from a past injury

Just guessing could it be arthritis from an old injury?

I guess it could maybe be arthritis. It actually hurts more in the soft tissue part. And it will hurt like the day of the injury. I feel like my brain is telling me it's injured again. I was tested for arthritis a long time ago so maybe I will get it tested again.
