Hi

I can sometimes get pain in the Paraspinal Muscles directly along the spine which can feel like it is the spine. Burning can be a pulled or torn muscle.

All you needed to do at yoga was get into a position that strained a weak muscle. Just to let you know. A few times I've pulled the blinds down in my house and lifted my arm high up and pulled a muscle.

We are, unfortunately, delicate creatures.

I think I said last week this is one of the reasons I stopped yoga, the positions seem very simple but they can be a strain on our bodies.

That's not to say no one can do yoga with fybo and there are different types of yoga. Everyone is different. Just that for me it was detrimental. I pulled a muscle and had pain for a couple of weeks. I've had to go to gentle walking as exercise.

On the surface it sounds like the Yoga caused it and it will heal.

However, you described the pain as 'severe' and under these conditions if it does not calm down soon I would make a doctor's appointment.

I'd always recommend that for new symptom's that are severe.

Love Rose xxxx
