Just saying I am having trouble with an itch, losing weight, or sleeping.. doesn't give much information that people can respond to. Let us know what meds you are on, what practitioners you have (ie therapists? physios?), what is your diet like, do you live alone or in a noisy household, are you working if so what do you do... etc etc.. it really helps as I love responding but can't really do it intelligently with too simple a question... I saw in your bio that you get psychological help. How does that help your physical pain? I agree with you that fibro can cause inflammation. On really bad days I will take two Aleve, sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t.

Sometimes I just ask the person for more information but if they think about it everything they can provide does help.
