Just saying I am having trouble with an itch, losing weight, or sleeping.. doesn't give much information that people can respond to. Let us know what meds you are on, what practitioners you have (ie therapists? physios?), what is your diet like, do you live alone or in a noisy household, are you working if so what do you do... etc etc.. it really helps as I love responding but can't really do it intelligently with too simple a question...
