I use small hand warmers. They are little packs that you mush to activate. They stay warm for a few hours, but it does help relieve aches a little. Xx

I love crafting and this is one of the worst parts of the pain for me, I can do certain things but drives me mad when I am unable to finish a project in the time I used to, Knitting, I do a row and have to leave until later/another day, paper crafts are piling up and sewing..... well I have had a dress on my tailors dummy for months that still isnt done!! I am fed up with this pain!!!

@A MyFibroTeam Member I had my hands tested for carpal years ago, but I don't have that. I do have tendinitis in both hands and wrists from years ago when I worked at Baskin Robbins and was scooping ice cream all day. The repetitive motion, apparently, did a number on me. The hand pain I get with Fibro is definitely different. For the tendinitis I do have wrist/hand braces, but with the Fibro they don't help. Thank you though for the suggestion and thinking of me. xx
