This is one that seems independent of everything else and has been bugging me for a year and a half now:
Imagine taking a very wide scarf or even a longer towel... hold it flat against your back, like your'e wrapping it around your waist post bathing... but with the top of the towel just under the shoulder blades... now bring it around the sides and as you reach your abdomen, pull it down tight and bunch it up in your groin... I don't mean to laugh at you or your pain but I was just imagining myself trying to do your towel description and figured I would wind up falling on the floor. I hope you can figure it out. I think the biggest problem is that we never know for sure if it is a fibro thing or some other issue. Good Luck.
Yes .. and just staying in my chair and knowing I can't even get up I hurt all over and feel restricted.
