After I eat anything with carbs I immediately become very sleepy

I do. Can be in the middle of a conversation with someone and fall asleep. I don't drive long distances because of this either. I once fell asleep at a stop light. But at night I can't sleep for anything!

@A MyFibroTeam Member !!!! You made it back on here!! I only have narcolepsy during the day when the fatigue becomes overwhelming. At night, I have been taking something to sleep because I wake up at 4am. That's when my husband wakes up and he's very noisy

you may not be getting enough sleep or enough deep sleep at night. talk with your doc.
