Yes got flu jab Friday week ago. No side affects at start but i on the Sunday started to feel 'off' - slightly raised temperature, and BP was all over place for about a week (either too high or dropped low) - whether a coincidence or not who knows lol

But I woul recommend getting it

The best thing to do is to keep moving the arm that had the shot. This will keep the material moving and will also help with the soreness. I got the stronger flu shot and the Prevnar 13 in the same arm and all is good.

I had it about 6 weeks ago, My arm was very sore to touch for 3 days and I had a little lump, which I was told was nothing to worry about. I could move my arm with no problem, couldn't lean on it or it was sore to wash but nothing major. Just like having a bruise. My friends have had their and had the same reaction and they don't suffer from fibromyalgia. I was told it is a normal reaction to have. I'm in the UK, not sure about you x
