OK I recently realized because of my insomnia I end up eating more food which is making getting my weight under control harder. Do any of you have this problem too? Basically overeating because you can't sleep.

Every time I take a pain pill. I have to eat a half a sandwich so the pill doesn't go to my head. Or feel so strong. It works, but yes I gain weight. Now I eat fruit banana or Apple at night. Good luck to all. Yes, I can relate to you all. And I feel your pain...God bless you all.

Yes, I have to battle not eating at night. I try to keep junk food out of my house. I drink a protein shake during the day, and small snacks. I try not to eat after 5 or 6 pm. I make sure to drink lots of water.

I also eat more at night. Because of at that plus the meds I gained a lot of weight. I started drinking a meal replacement shake full of fruits to curve my cravings for sweets.
