I was just wondering if anyone else who has had chemotherapy or Radiotherapy treatments have been left with fibromyalgia? If so how do you get this diagnosed please? My own GP refuses this saying its to soon, yet my last Chemotherapy was 6years ago. I was referred to a Neurological specialist where i asked him is it chemotherapy induced fibromyalgia? He said it could possibly be as he see's alot of ex patients who have now found themselves with the same symptoms as me 1 being like ants walking… read more

So do i debbie. But for some reason my GP refuses to recognise the condition. Nice to hear your in remission now, & wish you all the best of health in that part. It must be so hard for you especially with MS aswell. I just wish my GP would just say there you go & its in writing, sick of going there to be honest. Think I'll ask for a referral back to the Neuro Specialist, unless you have any idea of someone/somewhere else i can ask for a referral to to get a Guaranteed diagnosis? Big hugs mate. X
