Lists for my lists. I can walk from one room to another. If I need to go shopping, I have to have a list. If not, I won't get what I needed. I have lists at home. I make my lists as I am working, then tuck them in my purse, then combining them when I get home. I use my phone's calander and put things in it....
I use Optimism, which links to online version, so I can use both. It is a mood tracker but is fully customization to fit your needs. It tracks my pain, mood, coping, sleep, etc.It produces charts and reports (which I take to my doctor). I have tried other apps, but this is far and above the best I have tried. For meditation, I use Insight timer, which has both timed meditation, and guided meditation in several languages. You can also connect with other users.
"What we feed will grow"...it has always been my motto...if you can maintain or at least wake up and be on purpose to focus on the good in stead of the bad, the bad will not over shadow you...if that makes sense at all. I know there are days that it is just not possible but we dont just have bad days...we need to ride both waves...good and bad ones and when we have a good one....stock up so we can "manage" the bad ones better....AND BE GENTLE ON YOUSRSELF!!! Much love to all!
CareZone. I can have a record of all the specialist, journal for all the tests, trackers for various symptoms. Also helps keep a record of all my medication.
I have found that the hot tub in my complex works wonders as does soaking with Epsom salts. I have also found several essential oils help with some of.my symptoms
