Personal preference... What is the best tens machine, and dumb question, how often do the pads get changed out?

I got mine from Walgreens. Orion I think is the brand. Pads last for 150 uses.

I have a tens unit I had ordered from Amazon several years ago, it works great! It's small but works great! I change the pads when they get hair stuck to them or don't stick good anymore!!!
