My sister and friend I'am Dee I'am 55 and can only comment on my experience. I've had to play with all my meds they have caused many other side effects. And I'am a true believer that we our each Special and one of a kind. So we all react differently My body can't handle too many of the fillers that are in the Generic Meds . And it seems doctors can get a lot in kick backs. So do your own checking cause I'am in 🇨🇦 And we are much different and you get them way before we do . Magnesium has so many benefits. It helps with diabetes, constipation, nerves and so much more. I googled it and you might want to. Two years ago I could have read it and come back here and told you word for word. Not any more. My hubby has always been into vitamins and supplements so I take what he gives me. I do know that since he started giving me the magnesium, I have no problem with constipation any more.
