Painful Hands
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have pain, tingling, and numbness in your hands? Sometimes I can't sleep due to the pain.

You should see your GP or pain doctor and explain they may do a test to see if it is carpal tunnel syndrome which may require surgery, I had both hands/wrists done as I couldn't take the symptoms and trauma it was causing me, it felt like my hands were constantly on fire, in pain, I couldn't sleep, I got some wrist supports with the metal down the middle to keep wrists pretty straight at night and it helped for a while, as carpal tunnel is where the ligament crushes the main nerve to your hand, it causes a lot of symptoms and trouble, do a bit of research into it if you think you may have it x
