I've had mobility issues for a few different reasons, back injury, an abdomen full of scar tissue curling me into a ball, migraines, fibro. I find the best place to start is in a pool. In the shallow end walk heel toe, heel toe, and then backwards toe heel, toe heel. You really have to concentrate not to shuffle your feet. It takes a while but the water helps hold you and if you fall you aren't going to go crashing down. You can also hang in the deep end and do leg exercises there. Get one of the water belts that will keep you up. I find the pool is the best therapy for me. Good luck!!

I lose my strength n muscles. I can't balance I have to hold onto stuff. I am in physical therapy n I'm able to walk better we just started balance stuff it's Gunna be a long haul. Once I get good strength in my legs again we will move to my arms cause I can hardly open bottles I also get tremors in my hands trying to hold something like a pen.

I just asked a similar question:) The fatigue hits me so bad one of my legs will start to drag and then if I get super run down I have a hard time moving at all. I get super stiff and it hurts to move my legs and bend my back. My husband has to help me walk/carry me and help me get into bed. Very painful and frustrating. I seem to still have noise and visual sensitivity which increases the fatigue and leads to the mobility Issues. Been dealing with some form of this since 2010. When did it start for you?
