Well, stress, depression, and of course any type of trauma can trigger fibro and cause fibro. My fibro was triggered by a back injury. After that, my CNS went haywire. Always, 24/7. If I get the least bit stressed it gets worse. Even if the barometric pressure changes. Everything and anything.
