I'm trying to keep the prescriptions at a mimimum, just a little movement makes a big difference. I love the water, even when all I do is float I notice a reduction in my pain, doing the water aerobics 3 time a week and Yoga in between as well as meditation has reduced my need for opioid pain medications. I started at 15 min. a workout and lots of HOT water soaks with Epsom Salt with Eucalyptus. Even 5 minutes makes difference.
