I do occasionally. It does not happen too often now that I take Cymbalta. My daughter who also suffers with anxiety had a panic attack a couple of weeks ago. She thought she might be having a heart attack. The EMT's were great with her and she calmed down and now knows what to watch for. She is on Zoloft. I now that she has to journal and spends time outside. I have netflix, hulu and music. I color in the popular adult coloring books that are a craze now. It helps me a lot.
I find this twitching and shaking very annoying when I'm playing a game or typing on iPad! So many times I make the wrong move or hit the wrong key.

Olympics are on....veg out on that :)
yes mostly just my hands I am new to this site I thought it I was just me.
I get that too sometimes, and I tend to be a bit emotional too. I find the worse the pain the worse the shaking.
There is a new school of thought that suggests the basis of Fibro as being an abundance of a particular type of blood vessel in the hands and sometimes feet, called a-v shunts. There is an article online that my friend sent to me via facebook. I'll try too get it up on here for perusal.
I do . But I suffer from anxiety.
I agree with Nicki^
You need to remember to really take some time for yourself
