The Back Of My Neck At The Top Of My Spine Is Trying To Lock
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have lots of pain today in my lower back, shoulder blades and neck. But I have noticed that recently my neck is crunching and also trying to lock at the very top of my spine. Usually it is out the blue. I move my neck to stop it locking but it does lock for a couple of seconds. Has anybody experienced this? Thanks

All the time also. I see a chiropractor and my muscles still continue to tighten and wreak havoc on my spine and (everywhere really).

All the time. Muscles pulling against each other every second of the day. It is like a war all the time. This stuff is crazy.
