Ive been getting a lot of cramp
In my feet does anyone else suffer and is there any tips X Tia
Potassium could help
MY feet and calves cramp. If I move my leg or foot in a direction that my body doesn't want them to move, they will cramp. Or if I touch the inside of my feet they may go into spasms.
Here is an article for you to read. They are oxygen starved.

I roll my feet on a ball. I've been using yoga tune up balls. Google it. It really helps
Take plenty of fluids- water not caffeine or sugared drinks. Try some quinine or tonic water. Dehydration can be a factor
Take a banana once o day for the potassium content
Epsom salts baths before bedtime if it affects your sleep. Or magnesium oil/ lotion onto legs/joints
Gentle stretching exercises lying in bed both at rising and before sleep. I don't mean an aerobic work out. Just lying an tighten legs muscles hold for 10 secs, release and repeat. Things like that
Body brushing with an exfoliating brush/sponge/glove/loofah when in bath or shower to get blood circulation flowing. Always brush towards heart.
Hope some of this helps. Gentle hugs and God bless xx
Hope some
Hi. I get cramps also. I get them in my feet , ankles and thighs. Someone told me its because we don't have enough potassium. But I don't know if its true.
