Might be the meds your taking also, Norco makes you sweat.

I had extreme sweating when doing any movement for just even 5 minutes. Mainly face and head. I also recall it happening at times, while eating. No significant food relation though for me. My Gabapentin has decreased my heat intolerance and sweating some. Best of luck to you!

Hi. I am new to all this and in a process of trialing various diets etc to see if anything helps relieve symptoms. I always seem to sweat when eating even if I feel cold! Ans night sweats are terrible. I have recently changed to a gluten free diet even though I tested negative ans it's made a big difference. Much less bloating, stomach pain, sweating and 'brain fog' is so much better. Not sure if you have already tried this? X
