Magnesium Oil
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have had itchy legs for ages and I was using diprobase cream which was helping.
On top of that I was getting terrible pains etc in my legs and someone recommended magnesium oil so I started using that instead. The pain in my legs etc has improved but now the itching is back.
Can I use the both together or can someone recommend another course of action?

I have not used diprobase cream before. When I was using magnesium oil and any kind of regular body lotion, it felt as though the magnesium wasn't working. I think it just sat on top of the skin. I'm not sure this would work too well for you. Try applying the magnesium oil first after a shower then the lotion ontop?

I occasionally take Pirton but it's not great unfortunately. I'm in a routine now...magnesium in the morning, diprobase in the evening. So far so good :-)

Thanks i take the tablets too but i definitely noticed an improvement with the oil. Ive just covered myself in diprobase as well so we'll see. If its not one thing its another isn't it

I have been going to massage therapy and I have had relief from the itching and pain in my legs. I have been told that we have a nerve that gets pressed on in the upper leg and it will cause the itching to the outside of the leg. After my massage therapy I have noticed a huge relief from the itching, Magnesium tables are good to take 2x a day also. I have been told that the tablets have more beneficial effects than the oils. I use both for myself
