Fight The Fatigue.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone know of any quick fixes I can do when I'm getting very very fatigued in work? It comes on sudden and is very embarrassing and debilitating at times. I'm sat at a desk mostly and keep getting waves of very severe tiredness/ fatigue. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks. Xxx

If at all possible, it would help if you could get up and move around, walk or go up and down stairs, anything to get your body active. Sitting for long periods will make me really sluggish and at times can cause my blood pressure to drop. Another thing is to make sure you drink plenty of water or other fluids to keep hydrated. We often don't think we need to drink as much when we are sitting but toxins build up in our bodies if we don't keep them hydrated. These are things that help me.

Plenty of water is crucial! Be sure not to drink tap water, the chemicals can trigger pain, get a great purified water delivery company with a dispenser, makes it easy to remember to drink, very low cost and great for all in the family....

I find this happens to me a lot. I keep a bottle of water by my desk, along with something to snack on.
