Live in Pinellas county FL and need to move my joints but slowly. I want to take pool workouts but don't know of a place that includes super low impact. Help

I'm not from FL but my Dr. wrote me a prescription for water workouts which help with the pain a great deal. I do mine at a physical therapist.
