I have been on my MSM powder and glucosamine /chondroitin vitamins now for about 4 weeks and have to admit that although I still feel stiff after I have been sitting for too long I am walking better and the pain is less. According to Holland and Barrett you must not take more than3/4 (3g) of msm powder each day but I have read that in the USA they say you can take more as any extra the body cannot use just passes through, anyone use MSM powder and if so how much do you take.?

If you read a book called The miracle of MSM foreword by William regelson M.D. you will see that a Stanley W Jacob MD, Ronald M Lawrence, MD Ph.D and a Martin Zucker have all used MSM for Fibromyalgia with great results. Its also used as a Natural Solution for pain.
I have never heard of it but I'm now interested.
