Oh Yeah, I can relate. One of the many symptoms we have to deal with. Yet when we try to explain it to a Dr. they look stupefied! The best thing you can do I say this a lot keep a journal. By writing down what your feeling you can better share with others and your Dr. Fibromyalgia finely came out of the closet but people have been suffering with this for years. It's taken what about 12 to 15 years I would say for it to finely be acknowledged as a true condition. Can you imagine what it was like back than hell I thought I was going crazy!. So don't ask your Dr TELL your Dr what you feel they need to know the more they know the more aware of how we feel. There are so many symptoms it's insane. But know this your not crazy and you will get through this. Gentle Hugs
Thank you so much for this post we go to the doctors they ask me what I'm feeling I tried to explain that I have the burning pain but they want me to rate the pain it's more of a burning sensation with the tingling that drives me totally insane
