I have tramadol and it does drive you nuts itching and dry skin
I have really dry skin on my legs and feet
My feet itch so much like a really deep inside itch I scratch them and end up making them bleed they are really sore.
Another side effect of underactive thyroid which I have as well
Just fantastic like !
Sorry for the late reply I hope you are ok x

I am on tramadol (10 years) and recently have noticed itchy legs. Didn't think about that before. I do have awfully dry skin, especially my legs and have tried everything. My skin used to be oily but menopause sucked the oil right out of my skin. Have to go on the web to see if tramadol does cause dry skin too.

I am on Tramadol and get itchy legs, wake up scratching until sometimes bleed. Also on Lyrica and itching can be a side effect from them I believe. Sometimes it can be caused by a cocktail of meds taken x Hope you get sorted soon, mine comes & go's.

I took tramadol for several years and yes I had dry skin and itching issues. I am normally oily skinned, but even my face got dry. The doctor took me off it, but I still sometimes take it. Mainly because I have so many, I was getting 90 pills a month, but not taking anywhere near that. I still have 3 full bottles. If I am in a lot of pain I start taking it.
