Hello all! I'm curious as to what phone apps and websites everyone uses in regards to their health. If you've found any to be particularly helpful, I'm sure we'd all appreciate suggestions!
I previously used a Fit Bit which I loved, currently use this site, an app called Clue for period and fertility monitoring and just began listening to podcasts about living with chronic illness. I'm planning to start using WebMD's Pain Coach and My Fitness Pal again to track my symptoms, keep a food diary… read more
I used mySymptoms food diary to track my food and find out I have an intolerance to potatoes, I have to limit intake of them. And I use FibroMapp to track my fibro. You can keep up with daily pain, track sleeping, track and set alarms for meds, enter a flare up, track level of fatigue, your mood, it has notes, a journal. It's simple and plain, but it is customizable for your tracking needs, comes with the most tracking info already there than any app I've tried. For pain it separates left and right sides since sometimes you hurt in your left hip but not right. I really like that at bedtime i can press im going to sleep and it starts timing my sleep. The only complaint I have is you have to manually backup in order to not lose your records, but they say they are working on that.
Thanks so much for the suggestions! Always looking for ways to make life easier!
