Pain Radiating Under My Arm
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

For the past week I have had pain from my shoulder blade, under my arm and under my right breast...only that onecside. It gets worse through the day and wearing a bra is unbearable. It is the first time that the pain actually made me cry and hurt so bad I could hardly breathe.

Does anyone else have pain there? What do you do abut a bra? Going without is not an option.

Had to get sports bra. One that's not to tight or my shoulder underarm and ribs hurt. Feels like I can't breath. And one that doesn't have the adjustable things or it makes my back hurt.

Yes i get pain in all those placese, try getting a lacrosse ball and sitting at a wall find the painful muscles and massage then with the ball. It hurts but helps take the pain away. You might have to do it on and off for a couple days before you get relief.

YES!!!!! That is one of my painful areas. I wear sports bra most days and I just found some really comfy bralets at kohls which are better than my other regular ones. i use a heating pad a lot on that area, especially under the arm. I wonder if a trigger point is forming around there somewhere for us and it needs to be worked out through trigger release therapy (I go to a LMT who does this for me). i am starting acupuncture on Tuesday and am going to mention this to the doctor. Sorry you are feeling this too. It's SOOOO painful!

I have pain there but don't have help for you. I go with a sports bra on those days if I go out. And braless at home.
